Steven Esom has joined the board at Cranswick as a non-executive director.
The former Waitrose MD also holds non-exec roles at Carphone Warehouse and Tyrrells. He is also a partner at Langholm Capital, a position he took up in July, a year after being fired by M&S CEO Sir Stuart Rose after only 13 months as director of food.
