Perfetti van Melle is introducing a new bagged range which includes two new products: Fruittella Liquorice & Fruit sweets and Fruittella Juicy Gummies.
Liquorice & Fruit is the first liquorice-based product to be introduced by the brand.
Each individually wrapped piece is half liquorice and half fruit chew in orange, lemon and strawberry flavours.
Fruittella Juicy Gummies have a chewy outer layer with a fruit liquid inside. Bags contain lemon, strawberry and orange flavours. There is also a Fruittella Mixed Fruits bag.
The brand will receive two bursts of national TV support in 2009 as well as an extensive sampling campaign set to reach more than 10 million consumers.
