Werther's adds texture to its wrapped range

Werther’s Original has added two new variants to its portfolio ahead of a £4m spring campaign.

Werther’s Caramel Fudge is made from soft fudge pieces, while Chocolate Crunch features crunchy caramel. Both are covered in milk chocolate and come in 100g bags of wrapped sweets (rsp: £1.19 and £1.99 respectively).

The NPD provided an “innovative twist on the brand’s traditional format”, said Andy Mutton, sales director for brand owner Storck UK.
