Established in 1755, this daily wholesale market supplies many of London’s finest restaurants, but it’s best known these days as a mecca for foodies and tourists. It is “as close to grocery nirvana as you can get in terms of a leisure shopping experience”, and “scores highly on the LATTE factor – local, authentic, traceable, transparent and ethical”, in the opinion of the judges. A recent refresh has “only served to enhance the “unique setting”.
