Coca-Cola is bringing together acts such Dizzee Rascal, The Wanted, Eliza Doolittle and Rizzle Kicks for an Olympic concert in London’s Hyde Park.

An audience of 80,000 people is expected for the show on 26 July, part of the soft drink brand’s Olympic Torch activity, which will mark the end of the torch’s journey across the UK.

In addition to the Hyde Park gig, 66 other evening celebrations are taking place along the route of the torch and will feature performances from stars including Katy B, Labrinth and Wombats. Five of these will be larger-scale City Celebrations presented by Coca-Cola.

“As a partner of the Olympic Torch Relay we have a fantastic opportunity to bring music and celebration to every corner of the UK,” said James Williams director of the Olympic Torch Relay for Coca-Cola Northwest Europe. “We are taking some of the nation’s best-loved musical talent on the road.”
