Gwyneth gets behind Spar Austria's new veggie range

She may have just published a recipe for duck ragu, but Spar Austria has signed up Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow as the face of its new range Spar Veggie.

Paltrow, who wrote a cookbook last year and does not eat red meat, has just finished a two-day ad shoot in Paris to promote the 43-strong veggie and vegan convenience range.

“Gwyneth embodies today’s modern and health-conscious woman,” said Spar Austria president Gerhard Drexel.
