Spar adds more snacks and cakes

Spar is extending its ownlabel baked snacks and cakes range after a successful rollout last year.

The first new product, a limited-edition four-pack of toffee muffins, hits shelves this month, followed by a citrus orange & lemon in spring 2012. The muffins are priced at £1 per pack and join blueberry and double chocolate chip.

Three new grab bags - mini flapjack bites, mini chocolate brownie bites and mini shortbread bites - are also launched at £1 for eight pieces. Also selling for £1 will be a chocolate topped cupcake four-pack.
