Today’s split from Nisa set for go-ahead
Today's Group is expected to confirm a demerger from Nisa by the end of the month.
The wholesale arm of Nisa-Today's launched a consultation at the beginning of April to consider demerging from Nisa and forming its own standalone business.
Meetings with members on the possible split were completed in May and it has since been discussed in Nisa-Today's board meetings.
Members said they were confident the demerger would go through.
If it does, Today's Group is expected to go solo in January next year.
