The Grocer has teamed up with award winning digital agency Untitled and digital communications consultancy On & Off Communications, which are offering one lucky reader the chance to win six months' worth of digital marketing consultancy ABSOLUTELY FREE. The prize, which also includes free online PR, is worth an estimated £30,000, so it's a golden opportunity to go digital. If you win, Untitled will devise a bespoke digital marketing strategy that's tailored specifically to the needs of your company and brand - whether you want to launch a new product, develop an existing product or simply engage with your customer.

Terms & Conditions
- The competition is open to UK residents 18 years old or over except employees, affiliates or anyone professionally associated with William Reed Business Media Ltd, Untitled London Limited, or On And Off Communications Ltd.
- Closing date for entries is 5.00pm 26 February 2010 and the shortlisted candidates will be notified by 12 March 2010. Short-listed candidates submitting an online presentation must do so by 9 April 2010 and the judges will assess these and the face-to-face entries on 16 April 2010 at a venue yet to be decided in central London. The final winner will be notified on 19 April 2010 and announced in The Grocer on 24 April 2010.
- There is no cash alternative to the prize on offer.
- The prize will consist of �30,000 (approximately 45 days) of consultancy provided by Untitled London Limited and On And Off Communications Ltd. The prize will be delivered over a period of six (6) months commencing 26 April 2010.
- Entrants and the winner will be required to participate in promotional activity and the winner will be required to provide relevant information relating to the success of the campaign.
- The entries will be judged by an expert panel including The Grocer, Untitled and On&Off Communications. Eight candidates will be shortlisted and invited to make a face-to-face or online presentation to the panel, who will decide on the winner.
- The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so then the judges reserve the right to select another winner from the eligible entries.
- Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access.
- By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all of these terms and conditions. The judges reserve the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. The judges reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on The Grocer's web site.
- The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding them.

- Any entry may be withdrawn for any reason up until 5.30pm on 25 February 2010 upon written request to the organisers.
- The winner will be the company, which, in the opinion of the judges, puts forward the strongest argument as to why it deserves to win the prize. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the judges reserve the right to select another winner from the eligible entries which were received before the closing date.
