A global initiative to add QR codes to all Nestlé product packaging is kicking off in the UK.

The codes will link to information about nutrition and the social and environmental effects of products, and are making their debut this month on the first two-finger Kit Kats to be Fairtrade accredited.

The QR code on the Kit Kat will link to nutritional information as well as videos about cocoa and Nestlé activity to support farmers in the Ivory Coast.
