Sharwood's widens appeal of tikka lines
Tikka may have lost its spot as Brits’ favourite dish - according to newspaper reports this week - but Sharwood’s still has plenty of faith in it.
The Premier Foods brand is rolling out new tikka sauces in March, preceded by a TV push that kicks off on 2 February and will run until the end of April.
The ad - which has had an exceptional response, said Premier - shows Sharwood’s chefs seeking out tips from British curry houses.
Along with a new pack design, the tikka range is being expanded with four new flavours designed to broaden appeal - Extra Mild, Extra Creamy, Extra Onions, and Green Label Mango Chutney (all rsp: £1.65).
