First Drinks to boost CEDC vodka presence

First Drinks Brands has struck a deal with Central European Distribution Corporation to boost its UK vodka presence.

Leading Russian vodka Green Mark, CEDC’s flagship export brand Zubrówka and Kauffman, an ultra-premium vodka, will join First Drinks’ portfolio this year. It will distribute Green Mark and Kauffman vodka in the first quarter of the year and Zubrówka from Q3.

First Drinks said it would be working hard to boost distribution of Green Mark in the major multiples. The product was previously available in Waitrose but was delisted last August. In the wake of the agreement, it is now rolling out to about 500 Tesco stores across the UK.
