Nordic Bakery launches new cordial range
The Nordic Bakery is launching cold-pressed cordials into its stores and wholesalers this month to tap into growing interest in food and drink from the region.
The Finnish-made cordials are available in blackcurrant, blueberry and lingonberry flavours in 500ml bottles (rsp: £6.50 to £9.50) and 12 packs for wholesale.
Figures from Statistics Sweden this month revealed sales of Swedish food in the UK had risen by almost 30% over the past five years, thanks to wider product ranges.
