New Yorkshire sausage listed at Morrisons
Morrisons is to become the first of the mults to stock the newly created Yorkshire Sausage.
The sausage - a blend of pork and spices that won a county-wide search for the best sausage - was unveiled on Yorkshire Day on 1 August last year.
The listing demonstrated “how keen shoppers are to buy local and celebrate everything that is great about our region,” said Ilkley butcher David Lishman, who makes the sausages.
They are available now in 10 Morrisons stores.
