Mars has unveiled the latest addition to one of its most successful brands with the launch of new Galaxy Bubbles.

Backed by a £2.5m spend, the new aerated chocolate bars will hit shelves next month (rsp: 52p or £1.69 for a pack of four).

Galaxy last year recorded sales growth of more than 19%, while adding new lines in the form of Galaxy Cooke Crumble and large-format Galaxy Caramel.

“This will be Galaxy’s biggest launch to date and we are confident the product will be well received by the trade and our consumers,” said Mars Chocolate trade relations manager Bep Sandhu.

“New product launches such as this add excitement to the category  & are a great way of driving incremental sales for retailers.”
