Gluten-free oats ‘unique’ says Amisa

Organic brand Amisa is adding five gluten-free products to its free-from line-up.

Three cereals Fruity Oat Muesli, Pure Porridge Oats with Apple & Cinna-mon and Pure Porridge Oats (rsp: £2.59 to £2.99) roll out next month, along with Multi Seed Crispbread and Deep Pan Pizza Bases (rsps: £3.59/200g and £3.99/300g respectively).

Brand owner Windmill Organics claimed the gluten-free oats range was "unique". While oats were naturally gluten-free, it had traditionally been difficult to source oats segregated from gluten-containing cereals, it said.
