Henderson puts fresh fish into NI stores
Henderson Group has introduced a new fresh fish range for stores in Northern Ireland.
The fish will be supplied to Spar, Eurospar and Vivo stores by Dunmarry-based Elmore Seafood as part of Henderson's strategy to improve its fresh offer.
The range comprises whiting, salmon, trout, sea bass, cod and fish pie mix.
"Our policy is to support locally-sourced produce. We hope our shoppers enjoy our new range, which will add more choice to their weekly shops," said fresh foods development manager Healey Martin.
