Can I access the site from another computer once
I am signed up?
Yes. Your username and your password are fully transferable,
which means access to this site is not limited to a single computer.
Concurrent logins however are not allowed, so two people cannot use the same
login details at the same time.
Can more than one user register/subscribe from the same
e-mail address?
No
I can no longer log in using the username and password I've
been using for months. What do I do?
In order to improve functionality and security on the new site
we have updated the log in procedure. Your username will be your email address
and your password remains the same. All current users should have received an
email recently outlining these changes.

I can't remember my username?
Your username is the email address that you used to sign up
with.

Why am I told that my e-mail address is already in use?
It could be that you started the registration/subscription
process but didn't finish it. Check to make sure that you responded to your
welcome email that contains an activation code. You must follow the
instructions in this email to activate your account

Subscriptions to The Grocer magazine can take up to four weeks to fulfil, once

Applications to cancel a subscription to The Grocer News must be
requested in writing within 4 weeks of the subscription start date and are at
the company's discretion.

the company's discretion.
Refunds are not offered on 'The Archive Only' (monthly) subscriptions.

It might be that the email application you are using does not

Your email application might be truncating the length of text
lines in your email. If this is the case, copy and paste the whole link into
your browser address bar. If this doesnt work, please forward a copy of the

Yes. We have a dedicated editorial team for Grocer News, who add news to the site as it happens.
How do I access Grocer Archive?
Grocer Archive gives you access to all the articles
printed in The Grocer magazine for the past 6 years. You can also search our
popular Focus on series of category reports and download PDFs of each report.
We will also be adding bespoke news reports.
You can take out an Access All Areas subscription, which will grant you
full access, or you can take our monthly Archive Only subscription,
which allows you access to The Grocer articles only (reports not included).

I don't want to pay for a subscription, as there's just one
report I need to access.
All of our reports are available to registered users on a
pay-per-view basis. Simply find the report that you would like to access in Grocer
Archive, click on the title and then on ' Save this report to My
Account'. You will be prompted for payment - all major credit cards are
