Zest is appealing to health-conscious readers in their February fitness issue, on sale this week. Readers have the opportunity to work their way to the peak of fitness, or just relax a little with Zest's offer of the chance to win a year's membership to a Holmes Place health club. A free guide showing "50 ways to change your life in minutes" will also be bagged to the front cover of the issue. Zest also includes a 16-page motivation section packed full of ideas about how to get in great shape. Five "healthy" hampers from the Health Store, worth £100 each, are also up for grabs. Zest, priced £2.60, is available on full SoR, distributed by Comag. {{CTN }}
