What was your first-ever job? At our family business, which sold brassware, silverware and leather goods.

What has been your worst job interview? I was unwell and ended up vomiting in front of the interviewer. I got the job though. They never let me forget it!

What was the first music single you bought? It was a record by Wham!

How do you describe your job to your mates? Working at such a fast pace is like being on a rollercoaster. At times it’s very exciting and rewarding, but you need make sure you survive the challenges and celebrate the successes.

What is the most rewarding part of your job? To know we are making a difference in children’s lives through food and education here in Britain and in India.

What is the least rewarding? The cost of getting our products to market.

What is your motto? To live a healthy, active and honest life. Always deliver as promised.

If you were allowed one dream perk what would it be? To be mentored by world-famous entrepreneurs.

Do you have any phobias? Even though I am from Australia, I can’t stand creepy crawlies.

If you could change one thing in children’s ready meals what would it be? To increase efforts in education, awareness and provide clear labelling to inspire healthier choices from a young age.

What luxury would you have on a desert island? Sleep - I have three kids all under the age of four.

What animal most reflects your personality? A German shepherd: they are cheerful, devoted, easy-going, protective, and faithful.

What is your favourite film and why? The Sixth Sense. The ending was captivating and unpredictable.

What has been the most embarrassing moment in your life? One time when I was flying for work a man accidentally put my laptop in his bag at the security check. Once on the flight I could only remember he was wearing a white shirt. The air hostess announced the incident to the whole plane and about 70% of the passengers ended up checking their bags.

Which celebrity would you most like to work with and why? Richard Branson. I feel inspired by his mission, attitude and personality.
