The product just doesn't deliver! The battery life is appalling, making it a very expensive product. It is actually much cheaper to smoke, (less healthy I know). Surely if they want to promote smoking harm reduction (as they claim), then they need to consider the price of their new vapour products and make them less expensive, encouraging people to quit tobacco smoking and switch to the healthier alternatives. Again it looks like the tobacco industry is just out to make a massive profit without any regard for the customer.
