The Gaymer Cider Company has added two premium variants to the Gaymer's Orchard Reserve range it launched in February.

Stonesbrook and Newton's Vale, which join the existing Stewley line, are all named after the orchards in Somerset where the fruit is grown.

"In expanding our premium cider range, and with other recent product launches, we believe we are now uniquely placed as the reference cider company to offer consumers a cider for all occasions," said managing director John Mills.

Each cider has an individual character reflecting the apple varieties in each orchard, according to the company. Stonesbrook, with its dry, subtle citrus flavour and crisp finish, is considered best matched to delicately-flavoured foods, while the full-flavoured Newton's Vale is best matched to rich flavours.

The range comes with a £2.49 price tag for a 75cl bottle.
