New Covent Garden Soup Company is to bring out a limited edition Jubilee Windsor Chicken soup to mark the Queen's Jubilee. A combination of leeks, carrots, chicken and potatoes, it is a twist on the traditional Brown Windsor recipe. It will join the new summer range next month until mid-June.
