Tetley added £3m to its value in 2016, shifting an extra 3.3 million units. Impressive stuff, given the cooling market for black tea.
“Innovation and creativity are watchwords of Tetley’s activity,” it says. “Exciting new formats and product developments will feature strongly during the year.” Like the £5m push for Tetley’s Super ranges of green, fruit and everyday teas which have hit £4.4m in sales since launch last October.
