M&M’s became one of the UK’s top 10 biggest chocolate brands in its fifth straight year of growth thanks to capitalising on the prevalence of sharing and bitesize with NPD. It added a limited-edition sharing pack, M&M’s Mix, last March, including Chocolate, Crispy and Peanut. Mars Chocolate also launched summer limited-edition packs of M&M’s featuring only green, yellow and blue. “As the sharing trend grows, we’re seeing more consumers reach for bitesize,” says Mars.
