Holland & Barrett has launched a ‘buy one, get one for a penny’ promotion to convince its shoppers to try new products.

The nutrition and health foods chain is running the ‘penny sale’ campaign from today until 7 April. Hundreds of selected products are included in the promotion, across food, nutrition, vitamins and beauty lines.

“This latest promotion provides exceptional value to our customers, with hundreds of own-label and branded products included in the sale, giving customers a saving on their regular shop plus the choice to try new products for only a penny” said Emma Hobbs, group marketing manager at parent company NBTY Europe.

“We look forward to welcoming new and existing customers to their local stores where our trained staff are prepared with free expert health advice.”
