Young's Seafood Ltd has launched frozen coley fillets ahead of Monday's sequel to Hugh's Fish Fight, during which the chef will give an update on his efforts to encourage Brits to try more sustainable fish species.

The fillets which are exclusive to Ocado are sourced from the North East Atlantic and can be cooked from frozen in five minutes. They are suggested for use in a fish pie or to be baked in foil.

"We hope that consumers who have been inspired by the Fish Fight campaign will be inspired to try Young's Coley Fillets," said Young's marketing director Natasha Gladman.

The Fish Fight website recommends that people try coley, and coley korma was featured in Jamie's Fish Suppers, broadcast in January. The fillets are available from Ocado now, rsp £4.99 for a 450g pack of four fillets.
