Weetabix has bulked up. Its 2016 NPD Weetabix Protein, designed to stave off the competition from Fuel10k, is now worth £5.1m. This growth was topped only by On The Go, which gained an additional £6.1m - more than enough to make up for losses by the brand’s core product and an average price drop of 2.4%.
It’s kicked off 2017 with NPD Weetabix Additions, which has fruit baked into each Weetabix. It’s also back on TV with Have You Had Your Weetabix?
