Pembrokeshire is gearing up for its annual festival of fish, which aims to give a boost to wholesalers and small local retailers.
Pembrokeshire Fish Week, from June 25 to July 3, celebrates the abundance of the county’s delicious fish and seafood.
The country-wide event is backed this year by celebrity chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, while top Welsh chef and cookery writer Angela Gray will also be taking part.
Food events include paella evenings, sushi tastings and chowder nights, and opportunities to sample local produce at cookery demonstrations.
