The London International Wine & Spirits Fair is doubling the space dedicated to spirits producers this year under the banner of the Spirits Quarter.
The revamped area will feature a number of new exhibitors, with a particular boost in Central and South American spirits producers. These include agave-based spirits Jaral De Berrio and two tequilas - Impulso Rombo and Herradura - all from Mexico.
The Anglo-Peruvian Trading Company will launch brands of Peruvian Pisco at the fair.
Show director James Murray said: "We have grown this feature of the fair partly in response to our visitor audience, but also because of demand from producers in this constantly evolving sector."
The spirits feature will be located close to the East entrance of London's ExCel Centre, where the 2006 LIWSF will take place between May 16 and 18.
