Morrisons is bumping up its New World wine offering with the launch of Argentinian and South African brands.
The initial listings include Cape Heights Wild Yeast Chenin Blanc 2005 and Cape Heights Reserve Pinotage 2005 - both priced at £4.79 per bottle.
The Latin Quarter wine range from South America includes Latin Quarter Chardonnay 2005 (rsp: £4.99) and Latin Quarter Malbec Shiraz 2004, also priced at £4.99 per bottle.
Both the new ranges have been developed by Boutinot.
The flurry of activity forms part of the multiple’s wine aisle reorganisation in the aftermath of the Safeway takeover, in which it culled more than a third of its range.
