A Hampshire farmer has launched a premium free-range pork products range made with meat from endangered Gloucester Old Spot pigs.

Simon Martin is selling sausages, hams and bacon through farm shops in Hampshire and on the wholesale market for foodservice buyers, but said he was keen to make contact with retail buyers.

With 700 finishers, it's the UK's largest rare-breed herd, slow-reared to give products a succulent taste.
