The Dutch Meat Board has now published the third part of its category management mailer focusing on the bacon category.
The final instalment of the series looks at consumer attitudes and outlines ideas for capitalising on the positive associations with bacon to increase the appeal of the fixture.
The previous two publications looked at the behaviour of 21st century consumers and compared the behaviour of regular and occasional users of bacon.
