Oriental food specialist Blue Dragon is introducing four new variants of infused soy sauce to its range.
The additions - Mushroom Infused, Chinese Black, Garlic Infused and Chilli Infused - are aimed at consumers seeking new tastes in everything from Oriental stir-fries to cheese on toast.
They can also be used to marinade meat and can replace standard soy sauce to add some extra flavour.
Emma Hampson, Oriental category marketing manager for Blue Dragon, said: “As consumers become more adventurous there is growing demand for an easy entry point into authentic tastes.”
