He will have responsibility for driving the commercial strategy,
covering all aspects of sales and marketing.
He joins on November 10, assuming a place on the main board and reporting to MD Roger White.
Kemp replaces sales and marketing director Jim Dawson, who left in May after 20 years with the company.
Kemp previously held a top commercial post with the IAMS UK pet food business, a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble. He worked for the consumer products giant for 11 years in various sales and marketing roles. White said: “I am delighted Jonathan is joining our business.”
