Manchester restaurant Sweet Mandarin is expanding into retail with the launch of three dipping sauces.

The three gluten-free sauces - Barbecue, Sweet Chilli and Sweet & Sour (rsp: £2.50) - were developed by restaurant owners Helen and Lisa Tse.

Rapeseed oil supplier Fussels Fine Foods has expanded its range with a Peppered Watercress Dressing, rolling out to Waitrose’s South West stores this month (rsp: £4.49 for 230g).
