A new outdoor poster campaign for Anadin has been designed to get shoppers smiling through their pain.
In Wyeth Consumer Healthcare’s £700,000 campaign, posters will appear outside supermarket chains and near chemist stores until the end of the month.
The ads use humorous copy to emphasise that people don’t want pain to get in the way of their everyday lives with straplines that include ‘Because Mums don’t take sickies’. Marketing manager Amanda Tillett said they would prompt consumers to reappraise Anadin. “We think posters are a powerful tool.”
