Procter & Gamble is serving up a Tennis Ace talent search as part of a summer support campaign for Ariel washing powder.
Fronted by British number one Tim Henman and the legendary John McEnroe, the scheme is designed to uncover championship potential in children aged seven to 12.
Youngsters will take aptitude tests at open days in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Bristol and London next month, with 16 selected to attend a tennis training camp with McEnroe. The ultimate winners will get
the chance to play with both stars. Ariel’s wider programme will include TV ads which break next month featuring Henman and highlighting an on-pack promotion for a free tennis lesson.
