Importer and distributor Trustin Unimerchants has added Olivado Avocado Oil to its repertoire, as first reported by The Grocer at Anuga last year. Designed as a healthy cooking ingredient, the oil can also be used as a salad dressing and for dipping. It is suited to chicken and fish dishes as it enhances more delicate flavours and, with a high smoke point in comparison with other oils, it is also suitable for frying.
