Bacardi-Martini is stepping up its UK activity with a £13m support package for its Breezer PPS and a relaunch of pre-mixed spirit drink Bacardi & Cola. The relaunch gives the 275ml bottles a fresh "more premium" design and a new diet variant which the company claims will be the only low-calorie PPS on the market. Jane Callard, senior off-trade marketing manager, said the new addition was aimed at tempting the one in four rum and cola drinkers who mix the spirit with a diet variant. Breezer, meanwhile, will be back on TV screens next week with the latest instalment of its Tomcat campaign. The new creative, titled Vet, is part of a £13m package with the ad getting its first screening on national and satellite TV from Monday (July 22). It will run throughout the year. {{DRINKS }}
