Bel UK is targeting salad eaters and scratch cooks by extending its Boursin range into a mini format.
The garlic and herb flavoured cheese pieces are being pitched as an alternative to Feta and come in a re-sealable pot that keeps them fresh for five days.
"The format also responds to a growing trend for cooking with cheese," said Bel UK marketing director Ian Greengrass.
