Meat paste company Binghams is now sourcing 100% of its beef from Britain as part of a shake up that includes new packaging and products.

The move was a “natural step” for the brand, said MD Peter Moon. “It makes sense to minimise food miles and to support British farmers.”

The spreads and potted beef products have been given a makeover to better reflect the “strong heritage” of the brand, launched in 1914. Two new spreads, a tomato and a chicken tikka variant, are also joining the portfolio.
