Kraft has unveiled its limited edition seasonal packs of Bird’s custard featuring a toboganning penguin in the run-up to Christmas.

Trade relations manager at Kraft, Easton Millar, said Bird’s Christmas sauces had also been given a new look to focus the brand "as an accompaniment to Christmas puddings and mince pies".

The sauces are available in ready-to-serve 532g combi-blocks or 74g instant sachets. Both have brandy and rum flavour options, priced at between 69p and 99p.
