The latest marketing effort behind Hardy's Australian wine will be hitting the streets of London next week. It plans to make the most of the uplift in wine sales in the summer by putting the brand name in front of consumers. It is spending £100,000 on bus and black taxi advertising and a radio promotion. The bus and taxi ads will be up and running from Monday for five weeks. These will carry the line Hardys makes a great impression' and picture of a bottle of Cabernet Shiraz Merlot. The radio promotion with Heart FM will run from May 28 and features a competition with £1,000 worth of Hardy's wine on offer each day Marketing manager Bryonie Grieveson said: "This first phase is highly visible in a region with the greatest concentration of wine drinkers." {{DRINKS }}
