German sparkling wine brand Henkell Trocken is adding to its portfolio in the UK.
The new Henkell Trocken Blanc de Blancs, presented in a frosted bottle, is described as a fruity, sparkling, premium cuvée, produced using grapes from traditional wine-growing regions in Germany.
Dhiren Kotecha, marketing manager at distributor Myliko Wines, said: “Henkell Trocken is Germany’s largest exported sparkling wine brand, with more than 20 million bottles sold worldwide each year. The new wine presents the UK with a sparkling wine more than capable of competing with expensive Champagnes, but at a £5.99 price point.”
