So it’s with confidence that Cricket Flours is Kickstarting its new product, which blends Himalayan pink salt and, yep, crickets. Cricket Salt can be used in recipes or as what it calls a ‘finishing salt’. As in: ‘I’ve finished with this because you’ve sprinkled dead bugs all over it’.
Still, it has already raised cash for a flour brand. We’re sure backers will be jumping at the chance to get involved.
