As spring fast approaches it must be time again for the annual Loo of the Year competition, sponsored by Lepicol, with all the top mults sure to be jostling for position in the retailer categories.

Asda swept the award for supermarkets in England, Scotland and Wales last year, while Tesco got the nod in Northern Ireland.

Entries are now open but don’t close until July, so there’s plenty of time for the supermarkets to give their younger workers some valuable ‘work experience’ at the business end of a stiff brush.
