Booker has extended its Butcher’s Market fresh meat range to boost sales during the barbecue season.
The wholesaler added minted lamb chops and smoky barbecue pork loin steaks to the Butcher’s Market range, bringing the number of products up to eight.“The packs are easy to merchandise and by buying them little and often retailers can maximise their availability and minimise their wastage,” said Steve Fox, director of retail and Premier development.
