Britvic Soft Drinks has named Keith Packer and Nigel Paine as grocery business unit controllers to drive brands including Pepsi, Tango and 7-Up.
Packer will become business unit controller for Tesco, Sainsbury and Waitrose accounts from March 8. He currently heads Pfizer Consumer Healthcare’s grocery channel and has previously held senior sales and buying roles at Sainsbury.
Paine, who is currently responsible for all HP Foods’ sales channels, joins on February 23 and will assume the post of business unit controller for Asda, Safeway and Morrisons.
Both will report to Helen Bryant, who was appointed business unit director for take-home in November.
Sales director Andrew Richards said: “I am delighted to welcome Nigel and Keith to the Britvic team. They both bring a wealth of experience and strong skill sets to help drive Britvic’s plans for the grocery channel in 2004.”
