The company said Cameron had left the business to pursue other interests.
Brown has had more than 20 years’ experience with Scottish Courage in a variety of sales and customer service roles, most recently as on trade customer service director.
The company said he brought a wealth of experience to the group and, having had a history of significantly improving business, was well placed to take the business forward.
Brown said: “I am delighted to be joining the business at this time. There are many opportunities and challenges ahead.”
